RETURNS

Heavenly wtf accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including any accessories or extras that were included in the shipment. Exchanges are subject to size and style availability.

US RETURNS

For U.S. customers, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. If you have any concerns about returning your order, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping, handling fees, and any applicable costs. If you need assistance creating your return shipment, please reach out via email, and we will be happy to help.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Made-to-Order items are custom-made and ineligible for returns or exchanges due to their personalized nature.

Swimwear and lingerie must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Items with removed protective slips are not eligible for return.

Heavenly Vintage pieces and heavily discounted final sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
