Any return or exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. 

For 𝖀S 𝖈𝖚𝖘𝖙𝖔𝖒𝖊𝖗𝖘, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise. Please feel free to contact us should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we're happy to help. 

For 𝖎𝖓𝖙𝖊𝖗𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓𝖆𝖑 𝖈𝖚𝖘𝖙𝖔𝖒𝖊𝖗𝖘, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling and other applicable costs. If you need assistance in creating your shipment pls reach out to us via email and we will assist you. 

All 𝖘𝖜𝖎𝖒𝖜𝖊𝖆𝖗 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖑𝖎𝖓𝖌𝖊𝖗𝖎𝖊 must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

𝖒𝖆𝖉𝖊 𝖙𝖔 𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖊𝖗 items are ineligible for returns or exchanges as each piece is specifically created for you. If you have specifications on your sizing please reach out to us via email at the time of placing your order, we are happy to accommodate you.

For all damaged pieces pls reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace the item for you.
