How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all US domestic orders over $175. For all US orders under $175 a standard ground shipping rate of $9.95 will be applied.

For International orders we offer a standard ground shipping rate of $35 and an express shipping rate of $50.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

US Standard:

Ready-to-Ship merchandise will ship 5 to 7 business days after your order is received and be delivered within 7 to 10 days.

Made-to-Order merchandise will ship 1 to 4 weeks after your order is received and be delivered within 7 to 10 days.

US Two Day Express:

Ready-to-Ship merchandise will ship within 5 to 7 days after your order is received and be delivered within 2 days.

Made-to-Order merchandise will ship 1 to 2 weeks after your order is received and be delivered within 2 days.

International Standard:

Ready-to-Ship merchandise will ship 5 to 7 days after your order is received and be delivered within 6 to 12 days.

Made-to-Order merchandise will ship 1 to 4 weeks after your order is received and be delivered within 6 to 12 days.

International Express:

Ready-to-Ship merchandise will ship 5 to 7 days after your order is received and be delivered within 4 to 6 days.

Can I expedite my order?

We currently offer Two Day Express shipping for US orders. Orders must be placed before 12 PM ET to ship within the next 2 business days. Orders placed after this time will ship the following next 2 business days.

For International orders we offer Express 4-6 day shipping.

Made-to-Order merchandise has a 1-2 week production timeframe after your order is placed prior to shipping.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We have a one-hour policy from the time the order is placed to request a cancellation. Please send an email to hello@heavenly.wtf and we will accommodate you within the timeframe. 
If you'd like to modify your order you can email us at hello@heavenly.wtf with your order number and request. We can attempt to modify the order but cannot guarantee based upon availability and made-to-order production. 
If you input the incorrect address on your order, we can attempt to change your address within the hour please email us with your information hello@heavenly.wtf.

Can I redirect my UPS package?

If you need to change your package delivery information, you can sign up for UPS My Choice and follow instructions for redirecting your package.

Is it possible to get my order sooner than options available?

If you need an item in a rush please reach out to us at hello@heavenly.wtf and we will do our best to accommodate you. Custom fees may be applicable.

My item(s) were marked as delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

We advise that you wait 24-48 hours to reach out after a package has been marked as delivered. Please check the proof of delivery on your order's tracking page to ensure it has been delivered to the accurate location. 
For orders with Route Packaging Protection purchased please reach out to Route for assistance here. We highly suggest purchasing Route packaging for all international orders. 
For International orders: If you chose USPS standard shipping, there will be no tracking updates provided once the package has left the US. If more than two weeks has passed since it reached the destination country we suggest calling your local post with your tracking information. If you did not purchase Route Packaging Protection on your order and you chose standard shipping we are unable to help with locating your package once it has left the US.
If you suspect your package has been stolen, we suggest filing a claim with Route Packaging Protection (if purchased with your order), if you did not, we suggest filing a claim with your local post. Heavenly wtf is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be emailed to the email address used to place the order once it ships.

Please note that your order may go out in multiple packages, if you receive a tracking number for one item please wait for additional items, if they are shipped separately an email with the tracking will be sent for each package.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account and viewing your order. You can also track your package here by entering your order number. 
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

POLICIES


Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Delivery times are quoted in business days and are estimates. Such estimates are not contractual commitments. Shipping times are provided by the couriers and can vary depending on the location and other external factors. 

During sale and holidays please allow additional time to receive your order.

We make every effort to ship all orders in the shortest timeframe possible, all timeframes are listed at the longest possible amount of time it may take to process and ship your order. Orders may be processed and shipped sooner than the suggested times and may, due to external factors arrive later.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has dispatched. You can also choose to receive tracking updates (where applicable) once your order has shipped. Please be sure to take note of delivery and be available when your order is to be delivered. If a parcel is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts by the courier the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees if you choose to have it redelivered, if you choose to return the item(s) a restocking fee and any shipping and delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.  

ROUTE PACKAGING PROTECTION

We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout on all orders to ensure your order is covered. heavenly wtf is not responsible for the package once it has shipped, to protect your purchase we highly suggest purchasing route packaging protection at the time of checkout. Route packaging cannot be added to an order after the order is placed. To add Route Packaging Protection simply add to your cart at the last page of checkout after you have entered your shipping information. heavenly wtf is not responsible for missing, stolen, lost or tampered packages and while we would like to help you recover your parcel if one of these events have occurred we are very limited in what we are able to do as the courier services are a separate entity and can make errors. If you did purchase Route Packaging Protection and need to file a claim, you can do so here

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    International buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. The displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties. Duty rates vary depending on the value of goods, what they are made of and where they are made. All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprise fees. If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, a restocking fee and any shipping and delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. 

    Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by one of our couriers, please contact your local post and provide them your tracking number. If after having done so you still are unsure where your package may be please contact us at hello@heavenly.wtf and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf. 

    MADE TO ORDER

    Each product clearly states whether an item is Made-to-Order or Ready to Ship under the 'Delivery' tab in the description on the product page. You can also find this information by shopping 'By Delivery' type directly from the main menu for easy browsing.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to note whether an item is Made-to-Order and its respective production times before completing a purchase. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time before shipping, as detailed in the product description. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timelines. Please refer to the 'Made to Order Production Times' tab above if you have any questions on how long your item will take to produce and ship.

    Please note: Orders containing both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order items will be shipped together once all pieces are ready to help minimize our carbon footprint.     Due to the custom nature of Made-to-Order items, they are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please see our full refund policy for more information on returns. 

    MODIFYING YOUR ORDER

    Please ensure that you have entered the correct address on your order. heavenly wtf is not responsible for packages returned to sender for address entry errors. If an order does get returned to sender due to incorrect address information the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees if you choose to have it redelivered, if you choose to return the item(s) a restocking fee and any shipping and delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. 

    If after placing your order, you then request your delivery method be updated to a different address by dealing directly with the courier, or you provide the courier service with authority to leave your parcel, to the extent permissible by law you are waiving your right to any form of reimbursement or re-delivery if your order is not delivered, stolen or lost. We do not recommend changing your delivery method and ensuring all delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout. 

    FREE SHIPPING

    Free shipping only applies to the order after discount codes have been applied and before shipping costs are added. The items in your order must exceed our minimum spend in order to qualify for free shipping.

    PO BOXES

    We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
